Privacy Policy

This policy explains how United States Brain Computer Corporation ("U.S. Brain Computer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through usbraincomputer.com and related communications.

For details specific to health information, see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

When you submit our interest form, we collect:

Our website infrastructure may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and request timing, to deliver, secure, and understand use of the site.

How we use information

We use information to:

When we disclose information

We use service providers to operate the site and communicate with you. These currently include Cloudflare for website hosting, database infrastructure, security, and website analytics, and Google Workspace for email and business communications.

We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or share identifiable form submissions with investors, advisors, potential partners, or other outside parties without your separate permission. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic website usage. It does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting to track visitors, and it does not log URL query strings.

We do not track visitors over time and across unrelated websites, and we are not aware of other parties doing so through this site. Because we do not engage in that tracking, browser "Do Not Track" signals do not change our practices.

How long we keep information

We plan to keep interest-form submissions for up to 24 months. We may keep information longer when needed to complete your request, comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect rights and security. We may keep aggregate information that does not identify you.

Your rights and choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information about you or a child for whom you are a parent or legal guardian. You may also withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from email updates at any time. To make a request, email privacy@usbraincomputer.com. We may need to verify your identity and, for a request about a child, your authority to act for that child. Your rights may depend on where you live.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information based on its sensitivity. However, no way of storing or sending information is completely secure.

Age requirements

This form is for people 18 years of age or older. A parent or legal guardian may submit information about their child. Anyone under 18 should not submit the form themselves.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change and will post the updated version here. If a change is material, we will also email affected people when appropriate or required by law. When required by law, we will obtain new consent before collecting additional consumer health data or using it for a new purpose.

Effective: July 14, 2026
